Youth football development

I'm asking you since you all most likely have been, or should have been, a PL manager. I've been asked to join a club as a youth player developer. What do you put into such a role when it comes to tasks and duties?

Your interview must have gone well.
'What will you bring to the role?'
'Dunno. I won't nonce the kids, but other than that, I'll have to ask WHO'
'When do you want to start?'

I am staggered that someone with a UEFA C coaching qualification is asking people on a football supporters forum questions like this, are you for real or just attention seeking?
Makes me think that grass roots football is right i the toilet...............

turn away ornchurch
Miike, its age 10-16 The point is to look after the talents in these mix. That can be done by giving them extra trainings sessions, letting them play on a higher level, following them on regional development programs, watching them play matches and ofcourse giving them and the parents advice of how to mix training, nutrition and rest.

You haven't upset anyone Kd. You're just a generally angry cunt who started your OP with an snidey insult and then got all pissy when people don't worship at your feet for making such a success of yourself.
I know you'll never understand why you got the reaction you did, people like you never do.

"UEFA C" doesn't exist.
It's "Level 2" and then goes to UEFA B.
